Straight to video spy thriller, set amongst the shady world of Berlin's secret police. When David (Kevin Dillon) arrives in Germany to meet his brother, he's greeted with the news that Michael has died in a tragic accident. Suspicious of the official explanation of the death, David's suspicions are further aroused when a shifty young woman asks to buy a computer disk belonging to the dead man. Christopher Plummer and the late JT Walsh lend a touch of class to a fairly standard espionage caper.
