Sandra Bullock returns to her small home town with her daughter after her husband reveals his infidelity on a television talk show. Devastated, she turns to her mother but their relationship has been tested by time and distance. As they both adjust she begins to learn how to love again...with the help of her childhood friend cowboy crooner Harry Connick Jr. A bona fide chick flick but Bullock is great as usual.
