Poignant, romantic comedy drama from the director of "Pretty Woman". Juliette Lewis (Cape Fear, Kalifornia) plays Carla, a developmentally challenged middle-class teenager who's successfully graduated from a special needs college. When she meets and falls in love with Ben, who also has a troubled background, she's determined to prove to her parents that she's now a responsible adult. But mum Diane Keaton finds it hard to adjust to her little girl turning into a woman. Excellent performances in this heartwarming family caper.
