Slackers in the extreme and not adverse to the odd bit of extortion they drift their separate ways when one of them shows a talent for boxing and the other manages to blag his way into the Yakuza. A story full of Kitano's familiar dry wit, style, perceptive observation and insight. If only most slacker movies were this good....Ho Hum.
