Review
It is the summer of 1956 and Bertolt Brecht begins preparation for his journey to Berlin and the theatre season; All the many people in his life are present, in particular the women. As Brecht attempts to get his house in order we are witness to the myriad of emotions of those around him, people whose lives have been shaped by the man he is and the figure he represents. Farewell is a fascinating portrait of the great playwright and a deeply affecting drama in its own right.
