Shaun lives in a small town in Southern California and bar his girlfriend appears to be the only sane inhabitant. Not surprisingly Shaun has decided to make a break for freedom, but is denied a place at his desired university due to an administrative error. In a fit of (perhaps unwise) desperation Shaun enlists the help of his hopeless stoner brother Lance and sets off across country to make the college of his choice see the light. Orange County is a likable if unoriginal teen comedy helped considerably by the slightly sociopathic but always scene stealing Jack Black. Congratulations: Your vote has been cast
