In the wake of Vietnam, a black squaddie named Judge returns home to find yet more hostility on his own doorstep. With his community prickling with racial tension, Judge joins the self-styled Black Panthers group, but discovers the FBI are plotting an evil "solution" to them. Hard-hitting thriller.
